Infills and Lash Condition
For optimal results, please note that if fewer than 40% of lashes remain or if lashes are 4 weeks old or older, your session will be treated as a new set. Lashes requiring extensive removal will incur a $20 fee.

Infill Policy on Work by Other Artists
We take pride in our quality standards and, therefore, do not infill lashes applied by other artists. If you're booking a new set, please arrange an 'Eyelash Removal Service' along with your session.

Pre-Appointment Preparation
To ensure lasting results, please arrive with clean lashes, free from makeup, moisturizers, or oily products. This helps with adhesive bonding and ensures a flawless application.

Late Arrival Policy
Punctuality is essential to provide you with the best experience. If you arrive over 15 minutes late, the session will be automatically canceled to accommodate other clients.

Booking Deposit
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable $30 deposit is required at the time of booking. This allows us to prepare and hold your slot exclusively for you.

Rescheduling Flexibility
Appointments can be rescheduled once, provided changes are made at least 48 hours before your original time.

Evening Appointment Surcharge
Evening appointments are available upon request, with a $30 surcharge applied for any services outside regular hours.
